How to create a great team culture on golf courses in South Africa

South African Craig Haldane talks to the Syngenta Growing Golf podcast about the most important lessons he has learnt in his 26-year turf career at venues around the world.

Now Director of The Bernhard Academy, Craig says course managers should “leave your ego at the door” in order to create great team culture.

Haldane has managed world class venues including Gleneagles and Emirates Golf Club, Dubai, and is now training the next generation of golf course managers – and sharing his experience and expertise to improve the performance of turf teams while retaining valuable talent.
